Welcome

I'm Kim. I empower people to be and do more of what they aspire to.

The world is full of complex problems. Human problems usually are. I happen to love human problems, studying them to understand them and the systems in which they are embedded, and understanding people. That is building empathy for clients, stakeholders, and teammates so that when we get together, we design effective solutions. You could say that I serve people who serve people.

Holding a M.Sc. in neuroscience and a graduate certificate in Human-Centred Design, I've developed a focus on research and strategy. My background in neuroscience gave me a fundamental understanding of quantitative research and statistics that I use to bridge between quantitative and qualitative research methods. With over seven years of experience in various forms of facilitation, I communicate fluently in French and English.

Here you will get an idea of what I’ve worked on recently. But the best way to find out more is to get in touch. In the Contact section, you’ll find out how to send me a message or find me on LinkedIn. I look forward to meeting you.

Kim is an excellent critical thinker and strong user-experience researcher. Well versed in both qualitative and quantitive methods, Kim has demonstrated an exceptional ability for designing, executing and analyzing mixed-methods studies. Her natural curiosity, passion for discovery, and infectious smile makes her a fantastic UX professional, and asset to any team. I look forward to following her career.
