Bronco Bulletin January 7, 2022

Happy Friday Bronco Families,

Happy New Year to all of our Bronco families! We hope that everyone had a wonderful break. I did want to put a few important dates on your calendars for the next few weeks.

  • Wednesday, January 12 - Late start day. School begins at 9:24. More information to come early next week.
  • Monday, January 17 - Martin Luther King Jr. Day - No School
  • Thursday, January 20 - End of 1st semester - Half Day - 11:29 dismissal
  • Friday, January 21 - No School

Congratulations to our BPMS students who are competing with their Robotics teams, Midnight Creators, on their success at the state championships. The team even had an opportunity to meet Troy mayor, Mr. Baker. Great job Broncos!

The Troy High Band Boosters would like to invite 7th and 8th grade students (and their parents/guardians) to attend our Informational Open House on Thursday, January 13 at 7:00pm in the Troy High Band Room. This program is designed to give students who are considering registering for Band or Color Guard during their high school years more information to assist them in the decision making process. An overview of the Band and Color Guard programs will presented. Current TC Band members and boosters will be on hand to answer questions about the band and color guard programs.

Just a reminder to order a yearbook! We only buy yearbooks that are pre-ordered and each year we have many disappointed middle school students who did not pre-order their yearbook. Please visit SchoolPay to order your yearbook today!

Health Care Aide Positions Available

Boulan Park and many other TSD schools are in dire need of parents who would be willing to serve as paid health care aides during the school day. If you are interested in serving in this role at Boulan Park or another TSD school, please check out the flyer or contact me!

While all meals are free once again this year, we plan to offer ‘a la carte’ items for both breakfast and lunch. Our goal is to keep all transactions cash free this year. You can add funds to your student's account via School Pay. We will use this system for most school transactions, including iPad insurance, field trip payments, and more. Info below.
