This show, a subtle mix of drama, dance, singing and multimedia effects, captivated the entire audience. It is the result of many months of hard work of an outstanding team: Mrs. Rouba Ziedan, Theater teacher, Mr. Fouad Chehab, Music teacher and Mrs. Marwa Hamed, Dance teacher, under the direction of Mr. Walid Aouni, choreographer, director and Lebanese visual artist of international renown, recognized as one of the founders of the contemporary dance movement in the Middle East, with whom we have the honor to work for 25 years. Not to mention the Marketing Department which allowed us to travel in the magic world of Aladdin thanks to all the multimedia effects projected during the show. Without them, nothing would have been possible.

A big bravo to all our students, who have shown a lot of investment, effort and perseverance throughout the preparations. This was an opportunity for them to develop a wide range of skills that will be useful throughout their lives. And that's not all, because they have also created incredible memories that they will never forget and new friendships, between all the classes, the older ones being always present to support the younger ones.

We would like to extend our warmest thanks to all those who participated in the success of these two performances: teachers, nursery assistants, administrators, school life, service, maintenance, security and school transportation staff. It is thanks to everyone's efforts that these two days of performances could take place and that the result was as good as we had hoped.

Behind the scenes: the special world of backstage!

At the school theater, it was rather simple: groups arrived on stage, rehearsed, worked, took their places, and so on.

From the first dress rehearsal at the Opera, another organization was set up: the passage from one scene to another, no time wasted with numerous tests, in short, a lot of work.

Then comes the day of the show, and there again a flawless organization is put in place: everything is meticulous. The atmosphere is somewhat "overexcited" from the small classes to the actors. You have to get to the right place at the right time, and everyone has a roadmap. It is also necessary to get dressed, to make up in time and it is well there that we see the mutual aid between the big and the small ones. It is necessary to think about eating, because the day is long: but everything is planned. It is especially necessary to occupy all this world between two last adjustments, like seeing again the "Final"! The teachers are always present in all the necessary accompaniments and prepare themselves too, because the passage of their group is not far. It is unthinkable to miss the entrance on stage. The stress rises just before the raising of the curtain and falls down immediately after the first scene, because now all, young and old, know that there is no return: it is necessary to go to the end!

And finally, the final greeting: the backstage is empty, they lived a frantic rhythm, then become silent again... in the waiting of the next day.
