I recently discovered this season that you can purchase “just wings”. Duh 🙄! So I had to go into the kitchen and come up with something fit for the holidays that just enough for a small gathering. This recipe will leave you perfectly satisfied. And if you have the courage to freak it. This works great as a delicious gluten-free dish. 😋😉❤️!

4 tbs garlic powder
4 tbs onion powder
4 tbs Italian seasoning
3/4 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
1 tbs fresh black pepper
2 tbs Chicken bouillon
2 tsp sea salt
4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup of your favorite Cajun seasoning (mine are Old Bay and Tony’s Cajun seasoning)
3 tbs smoked paprika
3 tbs organic fry Turkey rub
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°
2. Wash the wing and pat dry with a paper towel The arrange them skin-side up in a square backing dish.
3. Sprinkle all the dry ingredients over the wings. Applying the flour last.
4. In the microwaverr melt 1/4 stick of butter and pour over the wings
5. With your hands, massage all the ingredients onto the wings. Be sure to cover the wings completely. (Messy but necessary).
6. Gently pour 4 to 5 cups of water into the pan. Be careful not to wash the flour and seasoning mixture off the wings. You should fill the pan just to the top of the wings with water.
7. Bake for 2 1/2 hours periodically ladling the gravy over the wings to keep them from possibly drying.
8. Remove from the oven once the wings have reached an internal temperature of 165° and give the wings one more ladle of gravy before serving
