Our Company's Purpose and Difference:

We boast the best hotdog you’ve ever had or your money back. We proudly prepare Zwiegle’s White hotdogs, hamburgers / cheeseburgers, fries and loaded fries all marinated in our custom blend of yumminess, brought to the next level with our moon juice sauce.

We sell to customers who love traditional American food with a delicious twist.

Our Company's Story:

My Mom, Vicki and I started Moondoggies on the Mississippi in Southern Illinois, in the summer of 2017 looking to sell white hotdogs to celebrate a rare solar eclipse.

We had heard there was going to be an enormous influx of people to view this historic event. Suspecting that the locals would have a hard time feeding that many mouths, we purchased 1000 dogs and all the fixings and drove down to Southern Illinois to feed the hungry sky gazers. After serving a big crowd, I was left with a bunch of dogs on the grill and no place to store them. Rather than wasting them, I decided to throw them in a pot of marinating onions. As fate would have it, the next customer to purchase a marinated white hot exclaimed that it was “the best hotdog he’d ever had” and thus Moondoggies was born.

Our Mission, Vision and Future:

We want to spread the joy and deliciousness of the Moondoggie experience to as many people as possible. While maintaining and growing our popularity at Festivals and Fairs we envision Moondoggie food trucks throughout the city of Buffalo and bottling for retail our special Moon Juice sauce. Moondoggies is located in Buffalo, NY, and is a corporation run by Justin Keller and his fiancé Jessica Joyce. Both Justin and Jessica share a love of food, art, design and music, which has come together to bring magic to Moondoggies. We take joy in entertaining our customers with a good joke, plenty of smiles, and even a Moondoggie song.
