Before the start of Application Process:
1. I cannot login to my Salesforce Account to be able to apply?
We would in the first instance ask if you are still using the same email address that you used previously to set up your Salesforce Account, if not can you please contact us here (using the relevant launch site email address) to verify the email address you are using so we can update your account to enable you to apply.
2. Can I work Part Time like I do just now?
This majority of launches only offer Permanent Full-Time contracts. If you are unable to work full time hours, please ensure you indicate that during your application process in the relevant step and a member of the Internal Transfer Team will contact you directly.
3. What if I don’t meet all of the Eligibility Criteria stated in the Job Description?
Full criteria is available in the job description. In order to qualify to transfer you must meet these criteria. All applications are reviewed by launch site HR to ensure these criteria are met. If you have any concerns please contact us here (using the relevant launch site email address).
4. I am currently employed at Amazon as an FTC or Agency employee?
5. How will I know if I am eligible to receive the Incentive Payment if I have already accepted a transfer to another Launch Site earlier in the year?
You can only receive 1 Incentive Payment within any 12-month period. If you have received an Incentive Payment for a previous Launch you can apply for a transfer to a new Launch, but will not receive a further payment. The incentive on offer (if any) will be displayed on the job description. Please be advised that there is NO Incentive Bonus available for AMZL Launches only FC Launches at this time.

6. What if I want to change my Shift Pattern?
We will try our best to accommodate your shift preference requested in your application. If you are unable to work the assigned shift please contact us here (using the relevant launch site email address). Please note all shift changes are subject to operations approval.
7. What if I want to change my Department Allocation?
The position advertised is "FC Associate I" which requires you to work in all areas of the FC as required by the business. Your current training record will be considered but we also have many development opportunities available. You may be required to work in a new area or learn a new critical role to support launch. Full training and support will be provided where required. If you are unable to work in the assigned area please contact us here (using the relevant launch site email address), providing as much detail as possible.
8. What if I want to change Offered Start Date?
The start date on your offer letter would be in accordance with the Launch site requiring your support. If you still have a query then please contact us here (using the relevant launch site email address) with your request and the reason for this change. Please note all start date changes are subject to operations approval to see if it can be accommodated within their launch plan.
9. What do I do if my current working week affects my new shift pattern?
We would ask that you work with your current sites HR Team to arrange either a Shift Swap or a holiday to be approved before launch so the working Time Regulations are not breached.
10. My partner/car share have a different shift, but we need the same?
This query will need to be reviewed and a decision provided by the Launch Team in accordance with their launch plan. Please supply all the names affected within your application, please contact us here (using the relevant launch site email address) with your request so the Launch Team can make an informed decision.
11. How do I get help with any questions I have?
You can certainly contact the Internal Transfers Team here (using the relevant launch site email address) with your request stated on your offer letter and we will do what we can to support.
12. What do I do if I wish to withdraw my Active Application?
Can you please email us here (using the relevant launch site email address) so we can support with your request. Please, be aware that if you are under an FTC (Fixed Term Contract) currently and will be receiving a Permanent Contract upon transfer to the launch site. Upon a request to withdraw you will revert back to your previous contractual terms and conditions i.e. you contract will revert from the Permanent Contact back to your previous FTC with its previous end date being applicable.
13. When will I receive my contract?
We will raise a TT to HR Shared Services who will in turn reach out to you directly once this has been completed. This should be completed within 28 days from when you accepted your offer from the new Launch Site.
14. When will I receive my bonus payment?
Please refer to the individual Job Descriptions for your chosen site, as the payment structure will be defined in this and again in your Conditional Offer of Employment letter. In general your payment will be initiated within the first 3 weeks of your confirmed physical transfer to the new site location. Please be advised that there is NO Incentive Bonus available for AMZL Launches only FC Launches at this time.
15. I am working Part-time Hours will my Incentive Payment be pro-rated to reflect this?
No, any associate that has been accepted to transfer on Part-Time hours and are eligible for the Incentive Payment will still receive the full amount. Please be advised that there is NO Incentive Bonus available for AMZL Launches only FC Launches at this time.
16. I am currently on Leave of Absence but want to transfer to the new launch site and how do I get the Incentive Payment?
We shall complete your transfer so you can finish your Leave of Absence at the new Launch Site in line with the Launch building so your first working day will be immediately after your leave has finished estimating a 72 hours response time of Monday to Friday before the end of your leave. The Incentive payment (if eligible) will be paid out within 3 weeks of your physical Day 1 attendance at the new location site. Please be advised that there is NO Incentive Bonus available for AMZL Launches only FC Launches at this time.
17. What if I have holidays already booked on my start date?
We will honor any Pre-Booked holidays already coded and approved in My Time. Please contact us here (using the relevant launch site email address) with your request with the dates affected.
18. I need my contract to rent a property in the area?
The majority of Landlords/Letting Agencies will accept the emailed version of your Offer Letter and a Reference Letter that can be obtained through your AtoZ App or through your current Local HR Team.
19. My Contract is showing 2 different dates, what are these?
The Contract Start Date: this date is the Sunday on the week commencing, as Amazon has a working week of Sunday to Saturday all working week changes are made effective from the Sunday starting that week.
The First Working Day Start date: this will be the first day you work for your working week. As in your shift pattern is Wednesday to Saturday, your first working day will be the Wednesday.
Example: Your shift pattern is Wednesday to Saturday – the contract date would be on the Sunday 14th November, but your first working day would be Wednesday 17th November.
20. What if I am not able to attend my Day1 (First Working Day) at the new Launch Site?
