LHS Theatre will present “Alice in Wonderland,” a play adapted from Lewis Carroll's classic novel. This fun and magical tale will have performances in the high school auditorium at 7 p.m. Thursday-Saturday, Dec. 1-Dec. 3. Directed by English teacher Meghan Reid, Livingston’s production remains true to Carroll’s words written 150 years ago. The show’s set designers and technical team have built a magical world for Alice’s adventures down the rabbit hole. The story has been adapted by Eva Le Gallienne and Florida Friebus and features a ridiculous tea party and rousing game of croquet, along with the iconic characters, Chesire Cat, Mad Hatter and Queen of Hearts. “From the moment Alice arrives in Wonderland the backwards ways of its inhabitants confuse and delight her,” Reid said.
