During today’s game, the Purple Knights are celebrating ‟This Game is No Secret,” an official initiative of social inclusion movement Eracism. Eracism is committed to bringing forth change through education, awareness and action, with current and former college basketball coaches leading the way. Today’s game pay homage to John McLendon, whose North Carolina Central University team used his revolutionary up-tempo style to dominate a team from Duke University, 88-44, in a “Secret Game” in 1944.
