Freeman Arts Pavilion 2022 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES [Scroll to view]

Foundation Overview

The Joshua M. Freeman Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was established in 2007 to honor Josh Freeman, the former Chair of the Carl M. Freeman Companies, after his untimely death in December of 2006. The Foundation seeks to honor Josh’s passion and commitment to excellence by creating programs he would have been proud of. These programs include Freeman Arts Pavilion, an outdoor performance venue near Fenwick Island, which presents over 60 performances a year, and our Arts Access Initiative, which provides K-12 students and underserved families of Delmarva year-round, high-quality, diverse arts experiences at no cost. Annually, more than 100,000 residents and visitors are impacted through our purpose of creating opportunities that elevate the human spirit.

A note from Michelle Freeman

Thank you for considering the gift of sponsorship at Freeman Arts Pavilion! Now more than ever, we turn to the arts to bring joy and your contribution as a sponsor does just that. Since our founding, the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation has been on a remarkable journey, and our impact continues to grow every year. The depth of talent gracing our stage is remarkable, and with your support, we will impact even more local children with enriching arts experiences through our Arts in Education programs.

We start 2022 with the same passion about our mission that was present when the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation was founded in 2007. Those of you who have been on this journey with us — along with those who are new — are ardent ambassadors of the arts. You understand the gifts the arts provide at every corner of our community, not just for those who are able to experience them, but for local businesses who benefit from the economic impact we have provided over the years.

Your partnership is vital to our impact here in the Delmarva region. Thank you for your consideration and interest, and here’s to the most memorable season yet!

In gratitude,

Michelle Freeman
