Everyone needs to recharge these days. StressAway Art Workshops are just the answer! I found that when I came home from hospital work and did my art at the end of the day, I was greatly empowered for the next day's challenges. It was amazing how the creative process clears the mind and strengthens the emotions! So I designed some programs (no artistic ability required) that may suit your situation or organizational needs. In these workshops, the participants create the art with Glori, leading step-by-step. Participants need to have the basic motor skills to complete the task. Other options are available. See example below.

THE SILVER BOX WORKSHOP

Time: 1 Hour

THE SILVER BOX ~ Live Art of Visible and Invisible Art~ with Craft Workshop

In the Silver Box Workshop, Artist Glori creates the image onsite, (pictured on left) in about 10 minutes, while the story is being read by a group leader. Then the Invisible UV image (done ahead of time) is revealed! Each participant has a silver (craft size) gift box to decorate, and do an activity according to the story, that goes with their own personal story! Truly an inspirational and thoroughly uplifting experience. This workshop has been used in multiple type healthcare activities for years. After the invisible image is viewed, participants can voluntarily share their own stories according to the theme as they decorate their own box.Participants do not need to draw and this works for limited motor skills.
