Getting Ready for CAMP! Camp intouch

WHERE CARING BUILDS CONFIDENCE

Reminder - CampInTouch

There are only 5 months until camp and we hope you are getting as excited as we are! With winter in full swing here in the northeast, the warm days of summer at THC cannot come soon enough. As we have in years past, we will continue to use CampInTouch as our on-line camp community. With CampInTouch, you'll be able to fill out forms, access financial information, update family contacts, and view summer pictures and news!

Over the next few weeks please login and begin completing your forms. Parent & Camper Questionnaires, BUNK REQUESTS, Health History Forms and more are all waiting to be updated. NEW FAMILIES: The camper health history is REQUIRED and extremely important. Please take the time to carefully complete it ASAP. (Returning families only need to confirm all contact info & details have remained the same from last year)

Also, in the next month or so you should book your child's annual spring physical. Before seeing the doctor, print the Physician Form and have the doctor complete & fax it to the camper specific phone number on the bottom right corner of the form under the bar code. We realize that many of you will not be able to complete this form until later in the spring as most insurance companies only permit a physical once every calendar year. As long as it is faxed back by the first or second week in June, all will go smoothly on Opening Day!

As the weeks and months pass between now and camp, our emails will become more frequent. Please take the time to open and read them -- we'll do our best to streamline all of the important details that we send your way.

As always, please feel free to call us at anytime with questions, comments or concerns.

All the best,

Andy, Wendy, Michael and Deanna
