Most teens tend to use the excuse, "I am too busy to read" or "I just don't have enough time." So what better time than now to pick a book that’s been sitting in your room and read it! My favorite book ever is “The Glass Castle”, a memoir highlighting the struggles of a poor family and their difficulties in life. This book is a great read and will surely keep you hooked on it.
Coloring and drawing are enjoyable activities you can do since we are stuck indoors for most of our time. It is a way to express your feelings and relieve stress. Coloring induces the same state as meditating by reducing the thoughts of an active mind.
Yoga not only encourages relaxation but also helps to lower the levels of the stress in your body. When you are stressed, tension is stored in the body making you feel tight sometimes causing pain. Practicing yoga or even simply stretching can help reduce the stress or anxiety you are feeling. You can practice yoga at any time and place.
