During today’s games, each team is helping celebrate ‟This Game is No Secret,” an official initiative of a new social inclusion movement called Eracism. Eracism is committed to bringing forth change through education, awareness and action, with current and former college basketball coaches leading the way. Today’s games pay homage to John McLendon, whose North Carolina Central University team used his revolutionary up-tempo style to dominate a team from Duke University, 88-44, in a “Secret Game” in 1944. McLendon was the first African American coach to win an integrated national championship
