Claiming a Student Basketball Ticket Must claim ticket online at least 4 hours prior to GAME TIME to guarantee a ticket and receive Student Cockpit Reward Points.

Student basketball tickets are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.

1. Log into the Student Account Manager using your your university email address.

2. Click on 'Get Tickets' or 'Claim Basketball Tix'

3. You will then be brought to the screen below, which displays all games that are currently available to be claimed. Click the game you wish to attend to continue. Student tickets are free for eligible USC - Columbia students and guest tickets can be purchased for select games.

4. Once you have added the tickets to your desired game to your cart, select the cart logo in the top right corner. You will be directed to the screen below, select checkout.

5. From this screen, you can enter any payment method if needed (for guest tickets) and checkout. You will receive a confirmation email and your tickets will be available under the manage tickets tab in the student account manager.
