4th of July Tubac Fire District

Old Fashioned Fourth of July Celebration at Tubac Presidio State Historic Park on Wednesday, July 4, 10 a.m. – Noon was a huge hit! 445 attendees enjoyed free hot dogs, nachos, watermelon and lemonade, and an assortment of activities for kids including hula hoops, bean bag and ball toss, coin guess, adobe brick making and face painting. The “squirt-down” courtesy of the Tubac Fire Department was the cooling grand finale. This old-fashioned family celebration is organized by the Presidio with help from local non-profit organizations and private donors. Park admission was FREE during the event.

He will grow into it!

Tubac Firefighters cooled off the attendees.
