Salt

There is a difference between existence and Being alive or Life. . A short distance, but a great gulf between mere breathing and Being breathed into. The former is a condition which makes possible the latter. Both necessary but unequal in force. While Existence presents us with a demand to just be here at all, Life is the fulfillment of potentialities and an invitation. And to be truly alive is to live something more than the mechanics of our biology out. It is to love and to be loved, to create and co create, to be poems in the making, unfinished. to be filled with salt and light.
