How to get started on your pro bono project:

1. Attend a volunteer Connect orientation
2. Connect with your nonprofit partner
3. Review the Scoping Roadmap with your nonprofit
4. Complete the Scoping Template and submit your finalized scope to Adobe CR
5. Sign and submit your Service Agreement
6. Conduct ongoing, as needed recruitment of fellow Adobe volunteers. Please contact Adobe CR for info and resources to help you build your team
7. Kick off your 8-12 week project!

• We impact charitable partners and the community by multiplying and leveraging current Adobe philanthropic contributions, increasing our charity partners’ community impact
• We increase employee overall satisfaction and provide personal and professional development opportunities. We have heard time and again from volunteers that the most valuable part of the experience, aside from building a partnership in the community, is working alongside colleagues from various business units and testing their skillsets in a new setting.
• Finally, we impact Adobe as a company by creating a collaborative work environment where internal teams understand the value of working in service to others. This results in breaking down silos and understanding the needs of the customer
