Judgement,Drive &Influence How do You bring it life

How do you learn? What way makes you comfortable and open to learn.

When did you last learn a new skill, behaviour - ability - why did you learn it?

We have at some point all taken on new skills, learning to write, learning to drive - even learning to talk. What was it about those experiences which made you pick up these learnings. Was it trial and error, repetition, reading and testing, practice? What made you persevere.............need, communication, acceptance, enjoyment?

How do we monitor our development, there are no scorecards only our own inner understanding of how we've changed, grown more comfortable with behaviour - our emotional intelligence.

Feedback (breakfast of champions!) reflection with time bound examples, how would you of dealt with a situation previously. What went well, what could be improved, how have you put the learnings into your day to day.

JDI is about you - being the best you can be, it's fundamental in your devloment as a leader ( not just in our business ) it can support you in every aspect of your life ( if you give it the chance ). Ted talks, books, podcasts, how you develop is down to you - making the pledge to yourself to focus on you is key.

10 minutes once a week - after lunch, on the way in to work, planned into part of your day - to focus on one aspect for you - then put it into practise experiment / share wheat your doing with your line / get feedback

"As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world as in being able to remake ourselves". Mahatma Ghandi
