Level 2 School Games Netball
Congratulations to both our teams who played in the netball festival today. Mrs Douglas and Miss Murphy was incredibly impressed with the children who showed great sportsmanship and played with great skill. Special congratulations to Monkton Park 1 who won all their pool matches and went on to play Redland School in the final. After a very close first half with Monkton Park leading 1 – 0, the second half saw a further 4 goals thanks to some great shooting and movement up and down the court. As Mrs Porter said ‘It was a day for making memories and the children were a credit to the school’ Special thanks also to Mrs Quarrell for all her support at netball club.
