Can you believe that someone from 1991 created the world's favorite character, Sonic the hedgehog? Also, he's really fast, you wouldn't be able to keep up. Did you know that sega got 6 billion dollars from making Sonic. Also, you should know that he has friends and their names are, Tails, Knuckles, and Shadow. In addition, Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie was a big success for the blue guy who has got millions of people watching all over the world that also his friend, Tail and Knuckles.

Compare and Contrast

Sonic is great and all, but he's got a challenger. His friend Mario has a lot in common with him. However, they also have some differences. Sonic is very fast and uses rings to be stronger. While, Mario isn't fast but really strong and uses coins to get more lives. You probably know that Sonic was made by Sega and that Mario was created by Nintendo, but did you know that they made a ton of collabs like Super Smash Bros, Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games. Eggman is very known for his intelligence and creations. Whereas Bowser and his kid, Bowser. Jr are known for their deal with Mario's girlfriend, Peach. Both Mario and Sonic help take down their enemies to restore peace.

Mario has the power to create fireballs, and when he gets angry, his aura turns into flaming red.

Order and Sequence

This is an Order and Sequence about Sonic's timeline and model looks.

In 1991, Japanese video games company, Sega wanted to make a new character to see how far they reach at fame. When it was a success, they wanted Sonic the hedgehog to have a sidekick for the next game in 1992. Countless games have been sold and more that 24 million copies were sent to families.

Sega decided to make the games 3D so that it couldn't just be 2D. In November 1 2011, Sega made him look more realistic and with a tiny version of himself. This game is called Sonic Generations and takes it to the next level.

Today from 2021 to 2022, they are teased in a new game called Sonic Frontiers and we all are waiting for it to come out. When they are ready to release, you can get it at stores such as, GameStop, or Online such as Amazon.

Problem and Solution

Problem: 1: Sega was losing a lot of money because there were no new Sonic games.

They couldn't even afford making games when money was low.

Solution : 1. They decided to make comic books and a series of shows for people to watch to make more money.

Problem: 2. The actor who did the voice for Sonic, quit.

Sometime thing don't really work out for some people.

Solution 2: Whenever someone quit, Sega tried to bring back actors who did voices in the past.

Roger Craig Smith is the most recent Voice Actor to voice Sonic.

Cause and Effect

Cause: Sonic does a spin dash for the first time.

This is a spin dash that was the most common move.

Effect: He uses that attack to help all animals.

Animals are in robotnik's robots which make sonic destroy them.
