The main objective of this mobility of youth workers is to develop a common training methodology at the European level among all partners coming from different backgrounds based on the needs of volunteers and organisations. We will offer youth workers skills and tools to implement innovative and inspirational trainings for volunteers in their local communities as well as Erasmus+ mobility programs. In order to achieve this goal, we will design a non-formal education methodology inviting youth workers from our local community and professionals working in the field of volunteer training and management.
The target group of this training course will be 28 active members of youth organisations, 2 participants per country coming from Cyprus, Czech Republic, Finland, France (French Guiana), Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Macedonia, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain and Slovakia

Activities during the project
It will be a 6-day training course in which we will deliver seminars as well as peer-2-peer sessions. In this training, youth workers coming from different backgrounds will share their experiences and good practises. It will include ice-breakers and dynamics aimed at providing a good environment as well as a network for youth workers from all over Europe for potential future common projects. Furthermore, the training course will provide the participants with reflection time, where they will be able to think about their own practises and approaches to young volunteers and how they could possibly be improved with the new resources and skills gained during the training.
Preparation phase (before the 14th of November): this seminar will be a multidirectional learning approach, everyone learns from everyone. Prepare yourself with a list of the methods, tools, resources and practices that you usually use in your daily work with youth. You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and experiences.
Follow-up phase (after the 19th of November): we will arrange an online activity after the seminar in Madrid. This online activity will aim at enhancing our skills in digital format as well as learning new tools and methods online.
Accommodation: participants will be accommodated in 4 shared rooms with several beds in Refugio La Rodela (Soto del Real). Refugio la Rodela is presented as a site of high natural and didactic value, whose purpose is to favor the stay of groups and facilitate the development of outdoor activities.
