WHAT IS THRIVE CULTURE?

Thrive Culture is a culture in which all communities, regardless of their identifiers, are working together in unified, accountable efforts that center equitable methodologies. It is a collection of living practices that work to heal communities, transforming them into equitable spaces. Thrive Culture is realized through the work of communities, organizations, and individuals, work that dismantles current systems that maintain inequities that negatively impact BIPoC and poor communities. The goal of Thrive Culture is to create unified spaces where there are no barriers to living unapologetic, authentic, full and sustainable lives.
