Festival of Cultures was an amazing showcase of our Smith Middle School Diversity and interest in cultures from all over the world. Our Festival of Cultures showcased 50+ booths and we welcomed hundreds of students, family, and community members. Our students shared information about their own cultural heritage, or information about cultures of their interest. Each booth was so well done and the information, fabrics, art pieces, religious artifacts, and the food shared was outstanding. It was an incredibly proud evening for me and it was just awesome to see our students and parents enjoying such an amazing event together. Congratulations Mrs. Burt and our International club. You guys really hit it out of the park!!!!!!!! It was amazing to bring back this special event and share our diversity with our community. Our student co-chairs for the event are listed below.
