My personal journey started with aspirations to be a professional ballet dancer. After achieving everything I had desired; from winning competitions to performing with the Royal Ballet, it made no sense that on paper my life was perfect, but something was missing.
After being diagnosed with an “in-cureable” illness I devoted ten years, learning from the top spiritual masters and healers, and transformed this diagnosis into a clean bill of health. After 15+ years as a Pilates instructor I retrained as a life coach, drawing from my own experiences of overcoming challenges and adversity. My highest excitement is helping people overcome their challenges, connect with their heart and create a life and business that truly lights them up!
