Financial Wellness allows you to manage money effectively and connect to resources so that financial stress and anxiety is minimized.
Social Wellness is the ability to communicate, connect, and interact successfully in the community. Having connections with the NOVA community, friends, family members, and or mentors can make it easier to handle stressful situations.
