STEPS: STEPS: Tools: Ford Fiesta ST Rear Motor Mount 1. Start by lifting the vehicle to gain access to the rear mount. 2. Begin by locating the rear mount and removing the downpipe supporting bracket by loosening the 4 13mm nuts. 3. With the downpipe bracket removed, loosen the two 13mm nuts and the two 13mm through bolts. 4. This will allow the complete removal of the oem mount. 5. Grab your new AWR mount and take a note of the machined aluminum spacer that is attached to the mount. This is exactly where the spacer needs to be for the install. 6. Cut the zip tie attached to the spacer and position the bracket to mimic the oem trans side bracket. The bracket will be first placed onto the two studs. Note: you may need to spin the bracket a little bit to ensure they line up. 7. Reusing the oem nuts and bolts, start by threading the two bolts (One for the subframe side and one for the trans side.). 8. Then thread the two nuts that secure the trans side bracket. 9. Torque down 2 nuts and 2 bolts securing the mount to 52 ft/lbs. 10. Begin reinstalling the OEM downpipe bracket making sure to replace the bracket pieces securing to the downpipe including the entirety of the sleeve assembly. 11. Finally torque down the 4 downpipe bracket nuts to 17 ft/lbs. 12. Now safely lower the vehicle and take it for a joy ride! - 13mm deep socket, ratchet, and torque wrench. 2014 - 2019 Ford Fiesta ST Caution: The vehicle components may be hot to the touch if you recently drove the car. It is recommended to allow components to cool off before attempting this installation. Note: bushings will take approximately 500-1000 miles to fully break in and settle. A little more initial NVH is to be expected during this brief period.
