Last Round of Comments
This project is moving along nicely with our 3 filings. For filing 1, our planning and engineering team are currently working on our last round of comments and hope to have city approval soon. Filing 2 is close behind with some recent changes to lot sizes. For filing 3, our planning team is making some changes to the lot layout and a few streets. They should have it over to us for approval within the week.

As in other editions of this newsletter, we have prepared a series of interactive photos for you to get a close-up look at the development's progress.
