Kennesaw State University's TRIO Programs host an annual Summer Academy where local high school students prepare for the upcoming school year and work to develop crucial skills that will help them succeed in life. This year, Summer Academy students participated in a Day of Service for their community to give back.
Students went to the local Boys & Girls Club to help establish and maintain community gardens, refinish the facility, and build a stronger Paulding. Afterwards, students went back to the KSU TRIO Building to tie-dye their commemorative shirt and eat well-deserved popsicles!
Thank you so much to everyone who made this day possible, especially Keep Paulding Beautiful and the Dallas Boys & Girls Club!
