BREATHWORK:
Breathing in, breathing out, from the moment of birth to our life’s last breath. The polarity between the top of our inhale to the bottom of our exhale is where our lives exist. From pleasure to pain, sorrow to joy, from clarity to muddiness and back again! All exist within the steady, loyal and ever presence of our Breath. Breathing in, Breathing out.
Meg Hillery Navish, PT holds a container for us to explore conscious connected breathing, allowing for this life force energy to move blocks, to enliven dormant seeds within us and to bring connection to parts that need it.
Meg completed her breathwork training with Jon Paul Crimi. She weaves this highly transformative tool into her background of body centered, emotionally anchored and spiritually guided work to help reset your nervous system, bringing clarity to your next inspired action.
Join us in a small intimate group setting.
Change your breath, Change your life!

Your Guide and Host
Meg Hillery Navish, PT is an attentive wellness guide with a passion for dissolving unhealthy relationship dynamics, not only with others but also within oneself.
During her 30 years working as a physical therapist emphasizing trauma informed care, Meg became skilled at teaching body mind concepts to a wide variety of people, in an approachable and digestible manner. Fueled by the desire to help herself and her clients move forward from childhood traumatic events, she integrated physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual practices to minimize pain and maximize function.
After being referred to as a “pain specialist” one too many times, Meg decided to shift away from the purely medical approach of reducing symptoms, to a broader scope of healing. She stepped away from her two physical therapy clinics in Bend, Oregon to expand her education in Bali, where she completed the Tao Tantric Arts of Sacred Femininity Teacher Training. With the new understanding that pain and pleasure lie on the same spectrum, she’s now able to help people not only recover from trauma, but also restore their ability to cultivate joy in their lives.
As a further expansion of her skills, Meg is a Certified Breathwork Instructor, offering conscious continuous breathing for rapid transformation. She has also broadened her training in the topics of Erotic Embodiment and Sacred Beloved Relationship courses.
Meg now holds a 5 week long, group class focused on cultivating awareness around how and when the nervous system shuts down, resets and ultimately how to move toward more pleasure. Meg teaches an Intimacy, Sex and Relationship Skills class focusing on how to bring what is most alive and vulnerable into our romantic relationships.
Using her scientific background and eclectic ability to color outside the lines, she hopes to help you find the right tools to shift blocks into blessings and lead you to a more fulfilling life.
