J’DEN. JCube will be replaced with a 40-storey housing development named J’DEN, which will incorporate retail shops, according to CapitaLand. J’DEN will link up with the forthcoming Jurong East integrated transport hub, which is expected to feature a climate-controlled bus terminal, a public library, community club, and sports center, among other commercial spaces.J’DEN will connect directly with Jurong East MRT Interchange Station and other neighbouring buildings, connecting residents with the rest of the island.The iconic 40-storey skyscraper will be completed by 2027, will add to a government’s plans to bring new homes, businesses, recreation facilities and amenities to Jurong Lake District.
