Brenda Barrett Lovell

Bio

Brenda Lovell grew up in an artistic family and knew from a young age that she wanted to pursue a career in the visual arts. She studied photography and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Brigham Young University in 2006. After graduating, she worked in NYC as a photography studio manager, a prop stylist, photo assistant, and then as a full time product photographer and retoucher over her 4 years there. She lived in the UK for over a year and travel has become a big part of her life. For the last 8 years she has taught adjunct classes at both Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University. She teaches digital and film photography and uses both mediums in her client and personal work. She lives with her two daughters, husband, and dog.
