Single storey flat roof extension of a semi-detached property to provide an extra bedroom and an open plan kitchen / living area.

Great Houghton
Extensive 2 storey extension and internal layout changes to a detached property
Using drawings and a point cloud generated by a survey company a scheme proposal was developed covering existing, demolition and proposed aspects of the scheme.
Newton Street
Design Scheme for an Extension and renovations to a terraced property. To initially provide an updated Kitchen and a garden Study / Studio room with the potential for a future conversion to an accessible bedroom with ensuite. Key design requirement to provide a single floor level across the ground floor.
Used Revit options to show both initial and future requirements for the Scheme proposal.
After updates and approval of the scheme drawings were created and submitted for planning approval.
Planning Approval having been granted additional detail drawings including plans and sections were created for Building Control submission and construction cost quotations.
Whitegates
A Design Scheme for a single storey extension to link the bungalow to the garage and provide a utility area and snug room.
Initial 2D AutoCad drawings used to develop elevation and 3D views.
Once the Scheme was agreed, the model was then developed to create both existing and proposed drawing for planning approval submission.
Planning approval was granted and the Revit model was developed to produce detailed drawings for Building Control submission. Including:-
The French Partridge
Building Control submission for proposed 3 storey bedroom and rear single storey extensions to a listed hotel / restaurant
Created a 3D mass model of the existing listed building to give context to the proposed extensions.
The initial model was used to identify and resolve issues not apparent in the previous planning submission drawings (completed by a 3rd party) such as the bedroom and stair layout.
The model was then developed to provide the detail required for the Building Regulations submission.
Brixworth
Scheme proposal to develop a garden outbuilding to provide a ground floor study with a first floor Garden Room that leads onto the raised upper garden. With the addition of a terraced patio / landscaped area to the side.
The drawings were then developed to create existing and proposed drawings for planning approval submission.
Olney
3D views of the Scheme proposal for Garden Room extension to replace an existing conservatory, developed from 2d plans created in preparation for planning approval.
Spratton
Based on 2d AutoCad files from a building survey, a plan and 3D views of a scheme proposal for ground floor internal alterations was prepared.

Scheme proposal for a small Kitchen extension for an end of terrace property, was then developed, submitted for Planning Approval
