Though our volume was off a bit and not where we want or need it to be, some very positive highlights for the month of April.
- Future Locks up $5 M
- Applications up 14
- Total pipeline up $11.5 M
Continuing these positive trends will get us over 200 loans and heading back to the 300 mark for the remainder of Q2 and Q3!
In April, we funded 155 loans for $43.4 M. We have 198 loans in May's pipeline totaling $50.5 M.
Ways To Qualify:
- AUTOMATIC QUALIFIER! Loan Officers/Branch Managers with 18M or 90 units will automatically qualify.
- *Loans that you refer and close through the referral desk (or renovation and reverse mortgage specialists, Gina and Julia) will be included in your total numbers.
Rules:
Winner must still be employed by TMSI at the time of the trip or the trip will be forfeited. The trip is non-transferrable and may not be exchanged for its cash equivalent.

Angie Sebree has worked in the mortgage business for 23 years and is celebrating 9 years with TMSI this month!
Angie will be celebrating her 25th wedding anniversary this year. She has 3 kids and 2 grandkids. Her daughter is an RN at Norfolk General, her oldest son is an officer and stationed in Texas, and her youngest son is graduating from ECU in May as a mechanical engineer and will start at MEB Construction in June.
When Angie is not closing loans, she loves to travel (when there is time) and try new places to eat which is probably her favorite thing to do. In addition, she loves watching her grandson play basketball and baseball (where you will find her on most weekends).

TMSI D&I observes earth day
As a part of TMSI's Diversity and Inclusion Earth Day initiative, the company added composting bins to the office break rooms, added composting tips to the D&I bulletin board, and built seed packs that were sent to all employees.
TMSI TO OFFER PATH TO DIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP
The Path to Diversity Scholarship Program recognizes existing industry professionals who are seeking to advance their careers through continuing education. Recipients receive a voucher to cover course registration fees, up to a maximum of $2,000, for popular MBA Education courses and designation programs. This education opportunity enables employees from diverse backgrounds to advance their professional growth and career development.
Scholarships awarded under the Path to Diversity program can also be used towards six upcoming MBA Conferences where attendees can obtain Continuing Professional Education (CPE), Continuing Legal Education (CLE) or Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) credits.
Since the scholarship is only a voucher to cover registration fees, TMSI will cover the cost of travel and hotels for any conference if necessary to any awarded applicant!

TMSI's Warren Thrasher is on the committee of Realtors Have a Heart/Affiliates Have a Heart with HRRA. Jim and Warren attended the Have A Heart Mattress Relay event on April 4, 2023. They transferred roughly 25 mattresses out of the Ronald McDonald House located in Norfolk.

• Huge pricing incentives (reduced rates/lender credits) on any personal mortgage loans. Due to the increased incentive, the 50 Basis point commission does not apply to personal loans.
