Haru Matsuri in Topeka 2023 The ICT's Annual Cultural event

The International Center of Topeka (ICT) is a community membership organization, which supports Washburn international students and promotes a cultural diversity in the local community. One of the major activities organized by the ICT is annual cultural festivals including Getting to Know Korea 2 (2018) and Celebration of Brazil (2019).

The ICT likes to invite you to the 2023 Japan Haru Matsuri (Spring Festival) in Topeka. This event was originally scheduled for March, 2020 but cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. So, we are so excited to reschedule Japan Haru Matsuri in Topeka this upcoming spring.

Topeka Haru Matsuri will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, 3/24, 2023 at the Washburn Institute of Technology, 5724 S.W. Huntoon. Topeka Haru Matsuri will include educational presentations, performances, hands-on activities, and snack-sampling. This event is free and open to the public. Donation is welcome at the event.
