Week 5 Term 1b

We really enjoyed our session this week with Steph from NUcastle foundation. We learnt about binary code and used our knowledge to Unicode pictures and make a coded bracelet.

In computing this week we learnt hoe to vide using python. We added code to try to make our turtle to draw a house. Excellent skills everyone!

In DT continued putting together our Viking shield designs so we can complete our sewing next week. They are looking amazing!

In English we wrote up our newspaper report about the battle of Lindisfarne from the point of view of the monks. Great writing Year 6 well done.
