Biography
Ultimate Santana Tribute Experience, Evil Waze, features Mike Torres on guitar. Torres, who lives in Phoenix, Arizona, not only sounds strikingly similar to Santana but is a mirror image of the guitar legend as well. Starting at age 7 Mike learned guitar from his father and has spent the better part of the last five decades mastering it. Mike has played with such big stars as Michael McDonald, Al DiMeola and Spyro Gyra. Based in Las Vegas, Nevada, Evil Waze band members include some of the finest musicians from Mexico, Puerto Rico and Cuba. With lead singer Carlos David, who has performed with stars such as Ricky Martin, Carlos Santana, Jennifer Lopez and Alejandro Sanz, no other Santana tribute bandmatches the realism of Evil Waze.

​Born and raised in New Cumberland, WV, Eric has been singing professionally since the age of 17. Currently residing in Las Vegas, Nv; he has performed on stages all over the United States, as well as in the U.K., Europe, Japan, Morocco and Mexico. He has performed onstage with recording artists Sheena Easton, Kristine W, Dian Diaz and Michael Grimm.
Singer/Songwriter Carlos Perez started very young performing with the group Los Chikles at age 12. Growing up in Puerto Rico gave him the advantage of listening to Latin and American music making him versatile in different styles. Five tours with Ricky Martin, on with Martin Nievera and being on stage with artists like Carlos Santana, Patty Austin, Jennifer Lopez and Alejandro Sanz shows the quality and experience that make him one of the top known and sought-after artists in the music industry. His passion for singing, entertaining and making a connection with the crowd is obvious when watching him perform.
Benny Madrid was born in Veracruz, Mexico and has been playing drums since he was 9 years old. Coming from a family of musicians, he picked up the sticks right away and started playing with his friends. He was picked up by a recording band from Mexico City and within six months he recorded and LP with the band Sangre Caliente. He then played for bands such as Los Fresno and Los Babys travelling around the US. He came to Las Vegas in 1986 and has been there ever since playing with many different bands in almost every casino. In 2006 he had the honor of playing for the Latin Grammy's accompanying Andrea Bocelli and Laura Paussini.
Armando Flores was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico. He started his musical career as a guitarist in Mexico at the age of 15. After playing drums he finally started playing bass guitar in different bands before moving to Los Angeles where he recorded 4 Spanish albums with Los Krystos. With Los Krystos, he opened for many 80's artists including members of the group Menudo. In the 90's he toured Mexico and the US with artists such as Marisela and in 1997 moved to Las Vegas where he has played with bands including Joy Ride and Latin Express in all the major casinos. He's also played for Grammy nominated singer Joe Esposito and recording star Randy Hall.
Javier Linares was born in Guanajuato, Mexico where he, his brothers and his dad all perfected their keyboard playing skills. Javier has played for various famous pop bands in Mexico and moved to Las Vegas in 2003. Since then he has performed with several bands playing Top 40, Classic Rock, Smooth Jazz and Salsa. He's also had the honor of playing for the Latin Grammy's.
Yanel Yanes was born in Sancti Spirit, Cuba. At a young age he started studying percussion and eventually made the Congas his main instrument. He attended the National Conservatory of the Arts and at the age of 19 he started playing with some of the best bands in Cuba. In 2009 he moved to Las Vegas and played for bands such as Latin All Stars and South Beach.
Angel Serrano was born in Santiago de Cuba and graduated from the Conservatory Estaban Salas as an Instrumentalist. He specializes and teaches percussion for many different styles of music including Classical, Popular and Folk. He's also worked with some of the finest bands in Cuba. After moving to Las Vegas in 2006, he played for Selena's tribute band, South Beach, Hansen and Raul, and Tito Puente Jr.
