Main Summit Program

Dr Tim Patston is Australia's leading researcher and consultant in the field of Creativity and Innovation in Education. As Senior Partner in Creative Actions, Tim is the leader of Creative Actions consultancy activities. He is a researcher and educator with more than thirty years’ experience working with Primary, Secondary and Tertiary education providers. Tim’s interests lie in the use of data-based evidence from the science of creativity to improve educational practice and student outcomes. His research has identified the positive links between elements of creativity and academic performance. He is a Senior Adjunct at Uni SA STEM and Education Futures, University of South Australia, Senior Fellow at the Melbourne Graduate School of Education, University of Melbourne, and Teaching Associate at Monash University.
