Getting to Know Moise Bombito By: Anna Gasper

Moise Bombito is a junior on the UNH men's soccer team who was just recently named a member of 2023 Major League Soccer Generation adidas class and is preparing for the MLS SuperDraft on Wednesday, Dec. 21. Moise had an outstanding 2022 season wearing the #4 jersey for the UNH men's soccer team. Moise is a junior back and his hometown is Montreal, Quebec.

When asked what his favorite thing about playing soccer at UNH was he said:

"The brotherhood that I have with my teammates."

Moise has been playing soccer since he was four years old but he realized about three years ago that he wanted to play at the college level.

Before attending UNH he earned 2021 All-American accolades and won a national championship at Iowa Western Community College.

This past summer, when Moise was not playing soccer in New Hampshire, he traveled to Spain for two weeks.

Fun Fact: His favorite vacation spot is the Seychelles Islands

When asked what advice he would give to someone who wants to play a D1 sport he said:

"My advice would be to put the extra work in. Don't just rely on your team’s practice, it’s easier said than done but so helpful to make it to the next level."

Moise lives with his grandmother, mom, older brother and little sister.

When asked who his biggest inspiration is he said:

"My biggest inspiration is my Mother. She went through a lot to get my siblings and I where we are now."

One of Moise's interests outside of soccer is music. It helps him escape from everything. He also enjoys playing the drums whenever he gets the chance.
