20220925　上記の動画はタウランガにある「Waikareao Estuary」です。三角江と呼ばれ、日本では発達しない地形です。これらは全て海水になります。今回は「Waikareao Estuary」の周りをサイクリングした動画です。小鳥のさえずりも入っているので、何となく行った気分を味わえると思っています。タウランガには至る所にサイクリングロードがあり、沢山の方が、ジョギングかサイクリングを楽しんでいます。20220925 The above video is of the Waikareao Estuary in Tauranga. It is called "Estuary" and is a landform that does not develop in Japan. These are all saltwater. This video is a cycling around "Waikareao Estuary". It includes the chirping of birds, so I believe it gives you some sense of having been there. There are cycling paths everywhere in Tauranga, and many people enjoy jogging or cycling.

20220923 本日も流れ解散となりました。週末は各ホームステイ先で過ごします。各ホームステイ先の週末のベストショットをもらうことになっています。みんながどんな週末を過ごすのか楽しみです。先程私のホームステイ先に到着したのですが、庭先で何と「オオカバマダラ」の撮影に成功しました。日本には定着して生息してない蝶なので非常に出会えてラッキーでした。20220923 We are breaking up today as well. The weekend will be spent at each homestay. We are supposed to get the best shot of the weekend at each homestay. I am looking forward to seeing what kind of weekend everyone will have. I just arrived at my homestay and was able to photograph a "Monarch Butterfly" in the garden. I was very lucky to meet this butterfly as it is not a permanent resident in Japan.

I was planning to climb the mountain with a shirt, slacks, leather shoes, and a MacBook on my back because of the sudden change. I was a little relieved to see that the students didn't seem to have much trouble dressing for the sudden change.

They took classes in English, history, music, and many other subjects. If you look closely at the photos of the classes, you can see that some of the students from our school are also taking classes with their buddies. After the class, I asked one of the students what he thought of the class, and he told me that some of the students had taken a class to explain the physics practice test.
20220920 ベツレヘムカレッジの歓迎会　歓迎の歌から始まり、こちらも石田海音くんのスピーチで応答し、西谷姫奈さんのリードで全員で歌を披露しました。今回はほぼ生徒たちが自主的に準備と練習をして実施しました。ニュージーランド到着の次の日にメインイベントに近いイベントでした。塾長先生いわくスピーチも歌も現地のスタッフから大変良いとお褒めのお言葉を頂いたようです。実際に帰る間際にも今までの数多くの留学生を受け入れてきたが、今回の我々のグループは特に積極的にコミュニケーションをとって行動していて一番良かったとお褒めの言葉を頂きました。20220920 Welcome Party at Bethlehem College We started with a welcome song, which was also responded to by a speech by Kaito Ishita, and all the students sang a song led by Hina Nishiya. This event was conducted almost entirely by the students, who prepared and practiced on their own initiative. It was almost the main event on the day following their arrival in New Zealand. According to the principal, both the speech and the song were very well received by the local staff. In fact, when the students were about to leave, they praised our group as the best among the many international students they have hosted so far, especially for their active communication and behavior.

20220919 到着時間が相当遅かったので短い対面式後すぐに各ホームステイ先へ移動することになりました。バタバタした中だったので全員の写真が撮れませんでした。明日以降本人からホームステイ先の方達との写真を提供していただく予定です。20220919 We arrived quite late and had to move to each homestay immediately after the short face-to-face ceremony.
