The Power of Prayer Sneak peak into the annual Living Rosary Liturgy. Beginning the service, Senior Isabella Lopez led the school in the Apostles Creed.

Sister's Speech

October is the month of the Rosary. Due to this, on Wednesday, October 19th, the school community gathered in the Grotto, to partake in the annual Living Rosary to honor our Blessed Mother.

With Mary in All Things

Praying Hail Marys during the Angelus before every last block, is a routine for the students. As a school centered in faith, it is important to instill the prayers in the students. This liturgy is extra important because it reminds us of the power of praying to our Blessed Mother.

Leading the Liturgy

Head of Campus Ministry, Mrs. Pino, guided each of the participants who were resembling a different rosary bead. Her along with her Campus Ministry team planned and led this Liturgy.

Our Special Intention

Many of the Lourdes students were seen wearing the Love Like Lucy sweatshirts. It is a sweet reminder that she is always there and to keep praying for her.

As pictured wearing the Love Like Lucy sweatshirt, Senior Lucia Miguel said,

"Practicing this liturgy is very calming during this time of stressful college applications and gives us a break to connect with our faith."

Senior Sisters

Seniors prayed passionately with the intention of their sisters Katy Puig and Lucy Fernandez while wearing their #KatyStrong headbands, and Love Like Lucy sweatshirts.
