What I am Up to This Month My Monthly Newsletter March 2022

I Read, Watch and Listen to a Ton of Content. My Newsletters share what I learn each month

We arrived in Dubai, on Feb 28th, and will spend the entire month of March in the city. We have spent a lot of time here over the past year. I am at the point where I can drive without a Navigation System so I definitely know my way around.

I am hoping, during our time in Dubai, to visit the Expo2020 before it ends later this month. They have spent close to 10 billion USD on the Expo so it should be amazing to experience.

Depending on what happens with the terrible situation in Ukraine, we will decide if, we should spent April & May in Europe.

To watch 🎬 On PBS Masterpiece Theater-- we have absolutely loved All Creatures Great and Small. The series follows a Veterinary Practice in England (Yorkshire Dales). The cast, writing, cinematography are just fantastic.

In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you.” -Jack Kornfield

To listen to 🎧 The Most Important Intermittent Fasting Basics for Beginners from Dr. Berg. I never believed in Intermittent fasting until I started doing it in late January. It has totally changed my relationship to food and bad behaviors. In this YouTube story, Dr Berg explains why it is so helpful. Of course you should check with your physician before trying it.

How About Some Music?

My March 2022 Playlist

My March 2022 Playlist This month's playlist is oriented towards workouts. Hopefully, it will give you the energy you need to get your exercise done every day.

To read 📖 This month I have been reading more on The Ukraine. I found an article by,  Yuval Noah Harari, who argues that what’s at stake in Ukraine is the direction of human history.

Gadget: Life Straw--We are loving the Life Straw Home!!! We are no longer buying bottled water with our new kitchen gadget. The water tastes excellent after it is purified. We are also happy to be reducing our usage of Plastics. Does it make sense for water to be flown to the US from Norway or Fiji? The Life Straw protects against over 30 contaminants including bacteria, parasites, microplastics, lead, mercury, and chemicals including PFAS, chlorine, organic chemical matter (pesticides and herbicides), dirt, and sand.

Travel ✈️: I completely forgot about TripIt . I love this App for helping organize trips. It arranges all your hotels and flights into an easy to follow layout. It is so helpful!!

Health - For the past month, about an hour before bedtime, I have been using a product by MoonJuice, called Magnesi-Om. It restores cellular balance for relaxation, brain health, and sleep. It contains 3 bioavailable forms of Magnesium for a time-release effect plus L-theanine. I have found that it helps calm me down before bed and in addition the magnesium helps restore muscles. It instantly dissolves in water, tastes like berries.

Weight Loss Since Jan 10th (15 lbs or 6.1 kgs)

To follow 📱Bookworms Podcast in this Podcast Joe and Mike discuss their favorite books and what they learned in each book.

To learn 💡I am continuing to watch the Updated 2022 Course by Matt Kloskowski "The Lightroom System". In this course Matt goes over Lightroom from A to Z. There are 94 lectures so it is comprehensive.

Some of my favorite photos of March 2022

The Prague workshop that I signed up for in 2019 is "hopefully" taking place in in May 2022. So I have been looking back at some older photos from Prague.
