Water-bottles are examples of the selfish removal of environment for comfort. It's practical yet harmful in its abundance of waste. Over the years this has resulted in Global Warming. Climate change is fueled by our need to consume and our bottling of the environment. This creates an adverse effect where we take away from our own habitat in exchange for aesthetic convenience. I wanted to capture the beauty and weirdness of the climate along with some of the trash we produce. The trash, although harmful, is beautiful in its own way which seduces us to continue the loop of nature enslavement. I didn’t want to focus on people but rather the products we make and its interaction with the world. However, I wanted a human viewpoint to display the manifested entitlement we have when seeing the world. Our selfishness fuels a destructive urbanization. When we churn out waste for our own beneficial ease, we become an invasive species that hurts fellow animals and our own habitat.
