Moments of intimacy

Moments of Intimacy is a project on love and friendship. In a fast-moving city like New York, we are always on the move and busy focusing on our work. However, those moments are made special when our families and friends give us a sense of warmth and belonging through the love they provide for us. My goal for this project is to show how love and friendship can be made so powerful through the connections we make in our relationships. In showing the connections that we develop with one another, I captured candid and posed images of strangers in the city and observed actions that show intimacy, from viewing how parents and their children interact as well as couples. Most importantly, it shows everyone deserves to be loved or love others.

"Friendship can start at any age"
"We're happy together"
"There are all kinds of love in this world"
"Just you and Me"
"Hand to Hand"
"The Love of a Parent"
"Taking walks together"
"We enjoy our time together"
"A Love Story"
