The program of our workshop is:
1. At sunrise we are going to meet whales 🐋 (blue whales or sperm whales) in the ocean! We are scouting around Indian ocean to find beautiful powerful creatures and freedive with them. We are learning from them how to be so relaxed, efficient and powerful in the water and find our happy inner contact with the nature!
2. We are setting our buoys in the ocean and do our deep freedive training in warm water
3. Lunch and free time to relax after sea sessions
4. Deep body, breathing and psychological work
5. Dinner and free time to explore around

Flights, accommodation, transfer, meals are not included
In Trincomalee you can find the accommodations that you prefer, from a tent on the beach to a villa or 5 star hotel
For the transfer from Colombo to Trincomalee we’ll text our arrival schedule in our whatsapp group to find buddies to go together!
Transfer from Trincomalee to Weligama for Free surfing workshop

The program of our workshop is:
1. Sunrise 🌅 preparation workout session. We prepare our body, breathing and mind. We learn how to feel the wave first with our body then with body board and with surf board and how to react if we finished in a « washing machine)
2. Surfing in the ocean
3. Lunch and relax time
4. Deep psychological work
5. Dinner and free time

We have an amazing option to go to the best massage place to have our mussels massaged after surfing sessions (additional fee)
For whom is participating to both workshops 10% discount for the 2nd workshop 900£ instead of 1000£
