You & AI on Board The game that changes the rules of artificial intelligence and draws its wealth from creative and collective intelligence.

Have you heard about the story behind the popular Monopoly game?

The history of the game Monopoly dates back to 1904 when Elizabeth Magpie patented the Landlord's Game, designed as an educational tool to facilitate the integration of economic efficiency with social justice.

Strategies to prevent data grabbing

In 2022, it is the monopolization of data collection and the mercantile value attributed to it that worries many. Inspired by the vocation of Mrs. Magpie's game, AI Impact Alliance launches the "You & AI on Board" game that provides an interative process to reflect upon about the responsible deployment of AI.

What are the rules of the game?

The rules of the game will be co-designed during workshops to be carried out with experts from various disciplines and with a diversity of perspectives. We can already imagine, for example, STEAM-tracks that accelerate responsible adoption of AI, a tax for the carbon footprint of algorithms, jail or fines for privacy violations, winning an interactive art performance (collect $100), and so on.

Gaming as a tool for responsible AI adoption

The co-creation process itself is an exercise in social mediation through play, engaging participants in thinking about the potential of AI, and the social construction required to ensure its responsible and sustainable development and governance.

Once completed, citizens of all ages will be able to play, thereby increasing their "digital citizenship".

What will the profits from the sale be used for?

Proceeds from the sale will support projects in ethics, human rights and reconciliation related to AI systems and the digital economy (data governance) led by women and/or underrepresented communities in AI.
