NYC Holiday Lights Midtown

We are so excited to have you join us for this holiday adventure.

NEW STARTING LOCATION:Our first stop will be the Bloomberg Tower's Tree (731 Lexington Avenue between East 58th and 59th Streets.) We will meet in the courtyard by the tree by the Hutong Dim Sum entrance. The security guards don't love tripods so don't bust them out till we all arrive.

Closest Subway: is NRW Lexington Ave/59th Street.

There will be many stops along the way including the Christmas Balls, Saks 5th Avenue, Met Life building, Rockefeller Plaza and much more. We will end near Radio City.

NEW Time: 6:30pm-9:30pm ( Please come on time so we can start promptly)

Photo Walk Fee: Please pay below or cash at the start of the photowalk.

WHATS INCLUDED: Professional photographer’s guidance and location expertise. In the field instruction and guidance.

CANCELATION: You may cancel or reschedule up to 3 days prior. If weather is not shootable we will reschedule.

GEAR GUIDE RECOMMENDATIONS

These are recommendations on what to bring, not mandatory

  • Digital Camera Body (DSLR or mirrorless or Smartphone)
  • Wide angle (16mm-35mm)
  • Medium telephoto (24mm-70mm)
  • Telephoto - (70mm - 200mm) * Not as important for this shoot
  • Extra batteries
  • Memory cards
  • Remote shutter release (tethered or wireless) or If your camera has a wireless feature download the Camera APP to function remotely
  • *** If you need to rent gear from me let me know in advance.

NIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY GEAR

  • Sturdy tripod with ballhead & tripod plate ( MANDATORY)
  • Headlamp
  • Flashlight
  • Light painting tools (optional) Examples- Glow Sticks, Light Wands, Anything that glows :)
  • Bring your creativity

ADDITIONAL NOTE

Please dress very warmly!
