KSU TRIO Upward Bound Programs at East Paulding, Hiram, Rockmart, & Cedartown High Schools went to on a trip to the annual Atlanta Science Festival to learn more about how to engage with scientific material and apply science in their everyday lives.

The Atlanta Science Festival is a celebration of the world-class learning and STEM career opportunities in metro Atlanta, featuring 150 engaging events for curious kids and adults at venues all across the region. The Atlanta Science Festival is engineered by Science ATL, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing people together through the wonder of science. It is important to us that our KSU TRIO students have opportunities to enjoy learning and have positive experiences that will help them in finding the career of their dreams.
