I come from a long line of powerful women. Each actively shaped their own life and lived boldly. Curanderas, bakers, builders, musicians, and artists. Matriarchs who led with a firm hand. Divorcees and single parents. Women who rescued animals and cared for the feral. These were my models.

Women who sat by the ocean and climbed mountains loved fully and deeply with their hearts. It was these brave stories that brought me to where I am today. Their stories shaped my family and my way of seeing the world.

I am a heart-centered/people-first manifestor. I architect and analyze systems to bring forth the best in others. I help people explore their inner cartographies and asset maps to help them bring forth their unique contributions to the world. The goal is to build connections and momentum and leave the world a better place because of who we are and what we did with our time here.

As a pioneer, the journeys I facilitate for people sometimes require new maps and navigational tools. I seek opportunities to harness the power of people collaborating and, to create opportunities to grow and work together. Like a flotilla, by moving together, we can all go further. In working together, we are transformed and new outcomes are possible.

Some say I am a firefighter. Always. Some say I am a rabble-rouser, and I own that as well. A cheerleader for many, a midwife of birthing the impossible. Absolutely! And I learned to embrace all these parts of me through the act of unconditional love.

When my partner was diagnosed with a sudden chronic illness, I learned to hone my craft of approaching each moment with patience and grace. Supporting those I love through the transition from mobility and energy to new and evolving challenges has not been easy.

I leaned into my ability to meet people where they are and discovered a wealth of power and potential that comes from love. Coming from love changed everything I do and how I see problems and solutions. I now take that forward into my personal and professional relationships.

My work with people and teams and navigating the process of change and transformation ignites me.

Transformation calls to me, and I am inspired by the opportunity to collaborate with people to build better futures. Collaboration is power and increases all possible outcomes.

There is a global crisis of disconnection, misunderstanding, and stagnancy. Out of the ashes of a top-down culture, I want to reintroduce people to their intrinsic value and personal power and encourage self-efficacy. I want to abolish all misconceptions and help people get in touch with the heart of what matters.

In science fiction, we worry about time travelers inadvertently doing one small thing that changes everything in the future. Yet, people don’t think what they do matters in our lives. I want to smash that misconception. Working in earnest, in love, and with a vision to change everything. Especially if we can find ways to do it together, sometimes that requires being a maverick.

My rabble-rousing is a talent that helps pave the way to needed change.

As a truthteller, I say the things that need to be heard. I lift the carpet where things have been swept and forgotten, beckoning those unspoken truths back into the light where they are required to move forward. This can be challenging to the mainstream.

I challenge the status quo and our accepted and outworn paradigms, especially when they are anchored in a zero-sum-game mentality. I am a catalyst for people seeking the answer to "what else is possible?" And sometimes, those possibilities are as big as the Universe itself.
