Customized Cuteness
On August 31st, the class of 2023 grabbed their little sisters from their focus and brought them down to the gym. Seniors decorated baskets full of green goodies and the freshman beanies in preparation for welcome week. Hailey Hernandez '23 made a cape with her face on it for her little sister Brianna Rodriguez '26 to wear all day.
Reel it in
Seniors got creative with the freshman year theme of "freshman fishies" and some even made their little sister dress up in a green fish costumes.
"I'm so glad I was able to bond with my freshman over the sense of humor we share. I was the fisherman "reeling in" my freshman fish. I'm excited to guide her through her freshman year." -Sophia Coleman '23
Double Trouble
Since the freshman class is so large, some of the Seniors in student council have 2 little sisters. Annie DeCardenas '23 embraces her two Martina Miranda '26 and Valentina Larrauri '26. Double the love and double the trouble.

Attached at the Hip
Senior Danielle Noriega's little sisters both have the name Caro, and being creative, Danielle decorated a large shirt for both of them to fit in. The front says "Caro^2" and the back says "We love our big sis".
"This unique shirt was able to bring my big sister and freshman sister closer together. It was very funny and I wasn't expecting anything like that. I'll remember it forever." -Carolina Lopez '26

Senior Isabella Gomez dressed her little sis, Maia Lorenzo, in a green dinosaur inner tube. It was a fun and memorable morning for the Freshman who were decked out in green. As well as the Seniors, who made sure the freshman had an easy transition into high school. Never forgetting to make it known that SENIORS RUN THIS!
