Together we will create unique images, experiment with time and learn something new. Join us for a light painting photowalk where we will discuss camera settings and setup for Urban Light Painting Portraits. We will have a model to collaborate with and create unique images with NYC as our backdrop. We will see how we can enhance fashion with light painting.
This photowalk is for photographers looking to expand their creativity and learn how to do long exposure photography & light painting. We will discuss basic & intermediate techniques. Students are encouraged to bring their own ideas, creativity and light tools to experiment with.
Our meeting location: will be in be at the entrance of Central Park West and 77th street.There will be many stops along the way including Oak Bridge, Ramble Stone Arch, Bethesda Fountain, and The Lake.
Time: 7pm ( Please come on time so we can start promptly)
Photo Walk Fee: $175 and can be paid in Cash or Venmo

- Wide angle (16mm-35mm)
- Medium telephoto (24mm-70mm)
- Telephoto - (70mm - 200mm) * Not as important for this shoot
- Extra batteries
- Memory cards
- Remote shutter release (tethered or wireless) or If your camera has a wireless feature download the Camera APP to function remotely

- Sturdy tripod with ballhead & tripod plate ( MANDATORY)
- Headlamp
- Flashlight
- Light painting tools (optional) Examples- Glow Sticks, Light Wands, Anything that glows :)
- Bring your creativity

- WEAR BLACK- This will be helpful so you are not seen in the pictures
